Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Welder to join our team in Bedford, OH.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong welding experience with fittings, fabricating, and assembling metal components. Candidate will need to work off drawings and understand job specifications to produce accurate, high-quality components
The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, follows safety procedures, and is committed to maintaining excellent attendance and reliability.
Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00
Shift/Hours: 1st shift / 6:00 or 7:00 am to 2:30 pm or 3:30 pm

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as required
• Fit, tack, weld, and assemble metal components
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, and work orders
• Accurately use tape measures, squares, and other measuring tools
• Cut, grind, drill, and prepare metal for welding and assembly
• Set up and safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
• Inspect welds and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Make repairs or modifications to fabricated components when necessary
• Maintain appropriate production pace while meeting quality standards
• Follow job specifications and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with fabricators, production personnel, engineering, and supervisors to complete jobs on time
