About the Role

As a Caregiver Resource , you'll play a critical role in supporting Firefly clients across Elkhart and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with same-day scheduling , requiring flexibility, professionalism, and dependability. You'll help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), offer companionship, and assist with basic household tasks—all while making a meaningful difference in someone's life.

Key Requirements

• Full-time availability from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Must maintain good standing with the company

• Willing and able to travel within a 25-mile radius

• Available for same-day shift assignments

Additional Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving or related experience preferred

• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation

• Pass a background check and drug screen

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care with compassion and competence

• Assist with daily living needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility)

• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship

• Medication reminders

• Identify and report changes in client condition

• Drive to and from client locations
