Our Customer Engagement Team functions as the main contact point for representatives of our customers and prospects. We are the internal voice of the customer and it is our responsibility to cultivate and grow relationships based upon our knowledge and service.The Role:The Marketing Specialist will support the Business Development Manager in developing the overall internal and external Marketing and Brand strategy for RiverSide Integrated Solutions. This role has the responsibility for executing the Marketing and Brand related activities for the organization. It is central to building brand awareness, enticing new customer acquisitions, supporting recruitment efforts, and fostering employee engagement through creative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self- starter, with digital marketing experience, or a willingness to learn standard concepts and practices within marketing, advertising and branding.Responsibilities & QualificationsYou will spend your time:Create and maintain RiverSide marketing and advertising materials including graphics, brochures, website contentOversee and update RiverSide social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)Develop and publish informative and engaging content across multiple platforms (blogs, social media, website)Working with industry partners and vendors on marketing and advertising campaignsAnalyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Design and distribute the internal company newsletterPromote, market and brand company engagement activities and eventsSupport management with internal and external marketing and communicationsSupport the Human Resources team with marketing and promotion of job openingsConduct market research to identify potential sales opportunitiesFollow-up on company generated sales leadsPrepare sales quotes and proposals, with support from other teamsPerform other duties and special projects as assignedWe are excited about you if you have:2 or 4-year degree in a related field preferredWebsite management knowledgeSocial media business experience across various platformsSEO understanding and use of analyticsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skillsPositive, team oriented creative mindset that is open to trying new ideasHigh energy, self-starter who can think and work independentlyExperience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot and other content creation programs preferredTravel:This position will travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities.Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.Physical Requirements:Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneelingAbility to walk, stand, and sitLifting up to 10 poundsWork Environment:Office setting
