Every Other Weekend
Friday & Saturday Nights | 12: 00 AM -8: 00 AM
Average of 32 Hours Per Month

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility in Chapel Hill, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to supplement their current schedule while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health and crisis services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing screenings, evaluations, and client assessments
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with health screenings and physical exams
• Administer and monitor medications safely and accurately
• Support detox/crisis program admissions and documentation
• Provide crisis intervention and client support
• Collaborate with treatment teams and clinical staff
• Maintain medication security and compliance standards
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for client care and Medicaid requirements

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in North Carolina required
• Pharmacological knowledge related to opiates and illicit substances preferred
• Previous behavioral health or substance abuse experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to patient care
