Meadow Creek Village (assisted living) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Keizer, Four Corners, Eola, and Silverton. We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team.

As an RN Oversight, in a part-time role you'll oversee Oregon regulations and monitor change of condition assessments for the community. Possibility of a full-time position available contingent on availability to travel to nearby community's.

What Cascade Living and Meadow Creek Village look for in an RN Oversight:

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience working with service plans updates related to change of condition
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Significant change of condition assessments
• PRN parameters and other medication related parameters as needed
• Supportive device assessments

$45.00 - $48.00 /hour Depending on Experience

Type: Part Time (4-16 hours weekly)
