Our 110-bed facility offers a range of care services, including skilled nursing care, long-term care, and hospice care. As a Register Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and developing individualized plans to maximize recovery.

About the Role

As a Register Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients

• Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Educating patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and community resources

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan
