As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with a variety of diagnoses. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Need 1 year experience in setting
