Reagent Change Specialist

The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "Reagent Change Specialist" for a top leading biotechnology organization .

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate change requests, document revisions, and change control activities.
• Work with requestors and stakeholders to assess change requirements, impact, and urgency.
• Manage document reviews, approvals, and implementation through established workflows.
• Support Change Control Board (CCB) submissions and change management processes.
• Maintain document control systems, version control, archiving, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely completion of change activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, document control, laboratory operations, or a related environment.
• Experience assisting scientists, supporting procedure changes, or managing documentation updates.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred

• Experience with document control or change management systems.
• Experience in a GMP, GLP, ISO, or other regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, EtQ, or SAP.

• Location: Tucson, AZ
• Position Type: 12-Months Contract
• Pay rate approved: $25-28/hr. on W2 depending on experience
