Investment Associate ABS Opporations

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Support day-to-day operational processes related to investment transactions and portfolio activity.
    • Maintain and update financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across systems.
    • Coordinate cash movements, reconciliations, and general account administration activities.
    • Assist with reporting, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve workflows.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
    • Several years of experience in operations, financial services, within ABS or ABF.
    • General understanding of financial products and investment processes.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Advanced Excel skills, VBA, SQL, and a firm grasp of payment mechanics are required. Other programming languages are a plus. Experience with Aladdin, Intex, DV01, or Wall Street Office (WSO) are preferred.
