Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a strong background in respiratory and neuro diagnostics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures.Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic charting systems.QualificationsActive RN license in Tennessee.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS.NRP certification is preferred but not required.Previous experience in a nursery setting is beneficial and will aid the department.Work Schedule and RequirementsNight shift: 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00).Rotating weekends required.Guaranteed hours: Call off 12 hours per two weeks.No floating within scope to meet facility needs.No accommodation for block schedules.Professional EnvironmentSmoke-free campus.Tattoos below the neck are permitted, though offensive tattoos must be covered.Jewelry restrictions: Earrings other than in ears must be removed.Flu and COVID declination accepted on a case-by-case basis.Facility OverviewThis is a short-term acute care facility with a total of 232 staffed beds.
