$629.00/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated CNA to provide exceptional patient care in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. The role involves supporting residents' daily needs while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and document patient conditions and report significant changes to nursing staff. Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Follow facility policies and protocols to ensure quality care delivery. Properly utilize personal protective equipment and adhere to infection control procedures. Collaborate with nursing team to support care plans and resident needs. Qualifications: Valid CNA certification in the state. Reliable transportation for timely shift attendance; public transit is limited. Ability to work every other weekend and follow scheduled shifts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods. Compliance with facility vaccination and identification requirements.
