Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to orthopedic and trauma patients.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and assist with discharge planning.
• Provide charge nurse support as needed.

Requirements

Requirements

• Active OK RN License or Compact RN License.
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg and Stepdown experience .
• Charge Nurse experience required (must be clearly listed on resume).
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
