Otr Cdl-A Driver - Lease Purchase Program

Job Summary Drivers operate heavy‑duty trucks to transport waste, recyclables, or propane. They handle pickups, deliveries, and maintain equipment in compliance with safety regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate vehicle in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules. Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and document in the DVIR. Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or service interruptions to Operations Manager or Dispatch. Attend scheduled training, briefings, and meetings. Improve route efficiencies and communicate customer requests. Dump receptacles and leave customer location clean. Complete end‑of‑day documentation and checkout process. Assist other drivers as directed. Qualifications Minimum 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL (or 1 year equivalent military driving) within the last 7 years. ClassA CDL with air‑brake endorsement (or ClassB with air‑brake endorsement) upon hire. At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work. Good reading, writing, and speaking English skills. High school diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, hearing.
