- Candidates must have CVICU Experience with POD 0 Open Hearts, as well as experience with IABP and Impella REQUIRED- NIHSS, BLS & ACLS Required- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required- CVICU Experience - Required: 2 Years- Strong organizational and leadership skills required- Ability to give expert analysis and assess patient conditions- Thorough knowledge of arrhythmia management, pathophysiology, and hemodynamics- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and delegate in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
