Senior Business AnalystAs organizations accelerate adoption of agentic AI, machine identities and credentials are multiplying across APIs, cloud services, SaaS platforms, and internal systems—creating new governance and security challenges. We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead a Machine Identity & Agentic AI Governance program end-to-end, driving rollout and operationalization of a non-human identity (NHI) governance platform across a large enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end deployment of the NHI governance platform, including integrations with cloud platforms, identity providers, SaaS tools, and internal systemsPartner with IAM engineers and analysts to define and implement the operational model for NHI discovery, classification, ownership assignment, and lifecycle managementDevelop dashboards, alerting, and reporting to provide real-time visibility into machine identity posture for business stakeholdersEstablish intake, assessment, and approval workflows for new machine identities and agent credentials across lines of businessDefine lifecycle management processes (provisioning, rotation, access reviews, decommissioning) for secrets, service accounts, API keys, and OAuth tokens in partnership with domain SMEsIdentify ungoverned or orphaned credentials and lead remediation efforts with Cloud, Identity, and Engineering teamsServe as the operational bridge across Identity Management, Cloud Operations, Enterprise Applications, and Cybersecurity teamsTranslate cybersecurity policy into enforceable, automated controls in partnership with Cybersecurity stakeholdersCollaborate with AI teams and lines of business to enable governed adoption of agentic AI while maintaining delivery velocityRepresent the organization in cross-functional forums focused on AI governance and machine identity strategyBuild and maintain runbooks, standards, and documentation for machine identity operationsTrack and report metrics that demonstrate risk reduction and operational maturity over timeStay current on NHI and agentic AI threat trends and incorporate relevant practices into the programRequired QualificationsExperience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably including Identity Governance and Non-Human Identity (NHI) programsStrong technical project management skills, including prioritization, risk assessment, and proactive issue escalationSolid technical grounding in integration technologies, including APIs, cloud platforms, connectors, REST, SCIM, and enterprise system integrationsFamiliarity with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and API key-based authentication patternsBusiness analysis experience, including requirements gathering and creation of technical requirements documents, design documents, and related program artifactsConceptual understanding of secrets management platforms (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault) and/or non-human identity tooling sufficient to partner effectively with implementation engineersConceptual understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how machine identities are created and used within themAbility to work across organizational boundaries, from technical deep-dives with engineers to stakeholder-facing risk posture discussionsClear, structured written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work remotelyPreferred QualificationsExperience with NHI governance or secrets security platforms (e.g., Entro Security, Astrix, Elimity, or similar)Background in or exposure to agentic AI frameworks and how AI agents authenticate to servicesRelevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, cloud provider security certifications)Experience in media, publishing, or other data-sensitive industriesAbout Delphi-US - Peacemakers in the Talent War Delphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
