The Administrative Patient Services Representative acts as the primary liaison between patients and healthcare providers, managing telephone communications and front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.Key Responsibilities:Promptly answer and direct incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency.Greet patients warmly, ensuring a respectful and compassionate experience.Collect and accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information into the system.Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations regarding patient information.Schedule appointments following established protocols and assist patients with patient portal setup and usage.Conduct patient confirmation calls and guide patients through registration and paperwork completion.Verify insurance coverage, collect co-payments, and communicate financial agreements clearly.Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization.Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and reliability in attendance and punctuality.High school diploma or equivalent required.
