Warehouse Manager – Boonville, MO Job Details: Location: Spirit of '76 Warehouse – Boonville, MO 65233. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year. Why Spirit? This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of products while maintaining a well‑organized operation that supports our customers and business goals. Essential qualities include a hands‑on leadership style, a passion for developing people, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement. The candidate will provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team, oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate with departments across the organization, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Strong communication, effective leadership, and a commitment to safe and efficient warehouse operations are key to success in this role. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role required Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), including RF‑SMART, and ERP software such as Netsuite preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices OSHA, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications are a plus Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 70 pounds Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours May occasionally be exposed to high or low temperatures and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind May operate machinery and/or power tools The incumbent will be exposed to hazardous fireworks materials A reliable source of transportation to and from your home base #J-18808-Ljbffr Spirit of '76
