If you have automotive parts experience, strong customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.

• Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with automotive parts needs
• Identify and accurately locate parts using electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems
• Prepare and process parts orders, invoices, and special orders
• Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts are available when needed
• Maintain accurate inventory and proper organization of the parts department
• Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute incoming parts
• Assist with warranty and return procedures
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Dealership parts experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts is preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as required
