Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)Autism & Developmental Pediatrics | Early Childhood (Ages 2–7) Kansas City Metro (Grain Valley, Liberty, Parkville) Full-Time $75,000–$83,500/yearWe are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join a multidisciplinary early-intervention program serving children ages 2–7 with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays. This position offers a collaborative work environment with strong support from OTs, BCBAs, SLPs, and classroom teams.Physical Therapist (PT) ResponsibilitiesComplete PT evaluations and re-evaluations for children ages 2–7Provide individual and small-group pediatric PT sessionsDevelop and implement play-based treatment plansDocument daily notes, progress updates, and evaluation reportsCollaborate with OTs, BCBAs, SLPs, and early childhood educatorsParticipating in interdisciplinary team meetingsProvide parental education and staff consultationSupervise PTAs and PT students when appropriatePhysical Therapist (PT) QualificationsActive Missouri Physical Therapist licenseBachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy1–2+ years of pediatric experience requiredExperience with autism, sensory processing, and motor developmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to bend, kneel, crouch, and lift to 25 lbs. during sessionsCPR certification or the ability to obtainCompensation & Benefits$75,000–$83,500/yearMedical, dental, visionPTO + 8 paid holidaysRetirement planFlexible daytime scheduleProfessional development & continuing education supportScheduleDaytime, in-clinic hoursFull-time, consistent caseloadCollaboration and documentation time are built into the schedule
