Medical Office Supervisor - MA Background Required

Position Overview

The Assistant Clinic Administrator serves as the lead administrative presence for the clinic floor, balancing front-desk operations with supervisory duties. This position requires strong clinical knowledge to guide front-office workflows and ensure seamless patient registration and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as shift leader for the administrative team, managing front-desk, intake, and reception operations.
• Utilize clinical knowledge to assist patients and navigate medical processes accurately.
• Support overall clinic workflow, maintaining high standards of customer care and administrative accuracy.
• Provide front-office support and assist the Clinic Manager with administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical office or clinical environment required (5+ years of clinic experience preferred).
• Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) background required.
• Strong organizational skills and baseline understanding of medical processes and terminology.
• Professional, team-oriented attitude with leadership potential.

Work Schedule & Employment Type

• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Rotating schedule resulting in approximately two weekends on and two weekends off per month.
