Field Service Representative I – St Louis, MO This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of cutting‑edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating, and maintaining superior customer relationships. Further responsibilities include performing and assisting in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies. Additional responsibilities include the cleaning, processing, and quality control of medical device equipment, general housekeeping of the facility, and loading and unloading equipment in company vehicles. Key Responsibilities Supporting customers, including patients and hospital staff, on a regular basis to provide superior customer service with customer‑centric solutions Preparing medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery Tracking inventory control of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies; locating missing or misplaced equipment as needed Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles Attending training and other scheduled business functions, which may require commercial air travel Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED AND at least one (1) year of customer‑facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment Ability to work a non‑traditional schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Current, valid driver’s license Additional Qualifications Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution Strong customer service, adaptability, time management, and the ability to work independently Additional Requirements In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities. Those facilities may require certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. All information will be kept in accordance with applicable law and Solventum policies. Travel may include up to 25% domestic travel; relocation is not authorized. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Benefits and Compensation Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $43,920 – $60,390, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
