Job Title: Urology Physician | Partnership Track Opportunity


Overview:
Join an established urology practice nestled in the scenic Piney Woods of East Texas. This position offers the unique chance to work alongside an experienced Urologist while enjoying a balanced work/life environment. You'll become an integral part of a welcoming community, leveraging advanced robotic and specialty equipment, including Da Vinci Xi, Greenlight, and ESWL, with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and partnership. The practice features a robust primary care referral base, experienced staff, and comprehensive support systems designed to facilitate your success and long-term career satisfaction.


Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Urology
• Strong commitment to patient care and community engagement
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with a team and independently when necessary
• New graduates and practicing physicians are encouraged to apply

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in urology practice preferred but not required

Other Requirements:

• License to practice medicine in Texas or ability to obtain licensure
• Unassigned ED call schedule of 7 days per month (additional compensation provided)
• Call schedule of 1:3
