Since 1983, when our founder, Jimmy John, opened his first Jimmy John's sandwich shop, our determination and rockstar performance became the foundation of settling for nothing less than the best. We are in early every morning baking fresh bread and slicing vegetables, and it is critical to have a little (or a lot) of fun along the way. We succeed together as a family because high performers thrive as a team.

Calling All Go-Getters

As an Inshopper, you will provide world-class customer service, safely execute fast, accurate sandwiches, and will help keep the restaurant clean. In other words: real people serving real food with a sense of urgency for the customer.

To qualify for this rockstar opportunity, you must be at least 16 years of age and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Individuals under the age of 18 will receive a starting rate of $13/hr. Individuals 18 years of age or older start at $15/hr.
