Sandberg Phoenix is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Team Sandberg Phoenix is hiring a Marketing Coordinator with 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing. The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of day-to-day marketing efforts while helping to bring larger strategic initiatives to life. This role works collaboratively to ensure campaigns, events, and partnerships are delivered effectively and consistently. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and works closely with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders. Why Sandberg Phoenix? Key Responsibilities: Manage daily marketing activities, including coordination of campaigns Support the planning and execution of sponsorships and partnership opportunities Coordinate logistics for events, including vendor communication, timelines, and onsite support Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute social campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals Assist the Marketing Director in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the broader group Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights to improve future efforts Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects Support content development, including writing, editing, and organizing marketing materials Qualifications and Key Skills: Experience with design software including Adobe and Canva. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting events, sponsorships, or partnerships is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools or platforms Attention to detail and strong follow through Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams Creative thinking balanced with practical execution Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Ala Gateway
