Technical Delivery Lead

To support a multi-entity organization in the specialty insurance and financial services space, the full-time Technical Delivery Lead will manage cloud migration, enterprise architecture, and finance and HR transformation efforts while coordinating with engineering and solution architecture teams in an onsite role. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary delivery lead for a data center migration to the cloud, coordinating across various teams Own end-to-end delivery for assigned workstreams, including planning, risk identification, and status reporting Translate technical issues into clear, business-oriented updates for executive stakeholders Required qualifications Approximately 10-18+ years of experience in technology delivery leadership Strong delivery leadership with technical depth across enterprise architecture and infrastructure Proven experience presenting to and building trust with executive stakeholders Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure coordination, preferably with Azure Familiarity with modern data platform and governance concepts is a plus
