A growing compounding pharmacy specializing in non-sterile formulations with an upcoming sterile compounding launch seeks a PRN Pharmacist to provide regulatory oversight and operational support. This role is ideal for a pharmacist interested in early-stage pharmacy operations, especially in women’s health and hormone replacement therapies.

Location:

• Doral, FL

Schedule:

• Per diem
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Support workflows related to launching sterile compounding.
• Review and update policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations.
• Provide pharmacist coverage as needed during operational hours.

Pharmacy Profile:

• Small, dynamic site with approximately 5 on-site employees.
• Additional remote operational and clinical support.
• Specializes in GLP-1 medications and female hormone replacement therapy.
• Planning to expand into testosterone products.
• Recent sterile compounding facility build, poised for launch.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License (required).
• Background in pharmacy startups preferred.
• Experience with sterile or non-sterile compounding highly valued.
• Retail pharmacy experience is acceptable.
• Openness to training on compounding techniques if needed.
