PipefitterDecatur, Alabama - Posted on August 18, 2026 Published By Tabitha ConnollyTrillium Construction is seeking Fab Shop Pipe Fitters/structural integrators to start ASAP on 2nd shift. They will bring them in on days and then cascade over into the 2nd shift, most likely 3:30pm-2:00am. Pay rate is $24-26 (willing to consider more for the right candidates). No per diem is available. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity!Fitters construct and assemble mechanical systems, structural components, and machinery according to blueprints and technical specifications. This includes using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate and fit components accurately.-Must understand how to operate a tape measure and can read prints and execute marking a measurement -Must have basic hand tools and wear all PPE including a type 2 Class E hard hat with chin strap, gloves, safety glasses, and steel toed boots.Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
