What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care to a diverse patient population, managing both adult and pediatric cases
• Perform emergency procedures including intubations, wound care, and stabilization
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure patient safety and efficient treatment flow
• Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR system
• Assist in trauma response, patient assessments, and hospital admissions
• Support the facility's standards for trauma, stroke, and chest pain care as certified and recognized
• Participate in shift handoffs, ensuring continuity of care and communications with team members

What You Need

• Active medical license in the state of practice (ND or TX)
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS (as applicable)
• 1-2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or equivalent certification (ABEM/BEEM/ABFM/ABIM with EM experience)

• Experience in Level II or Level III trauma centers
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Cerner, Allscripts, EPIC, or MedHost
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
