Job Title
We're a dynamic and fast-growing ABA company looking for a passionate, driven, and people-oriented recruiter to join our in-house team. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone with a sales mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships.
Responsibilities
• Source and recruit BCAs using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media
• Manage the entire recruiting process: screening, scheduling, follow-up, and onboarding
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to meet staffing needs
• Represent the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly motivated, energetic, and comfortable working with goals and targets
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
$50K-$60K+Commission
