You’ll work between 24‑28 hours a week, including some Saturdays from 8:30am‑12:30pm. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and delivering top‑notch service in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver service to both members and coworkers that is in alignment with our Service Promise: "Giving it All We've Got, Every Day and Everywhere" Credit union product promotion and recommendations Verifying cash in drawer at beginning and end of day Processing deposits, loan payments, VISA payments, and other types of payments Disbursing account withdrawals and cashing checks Process other teller transactions relative to accounts, credit cards, loans, etc. Issuing Cashier's checks Cashing U.S. Savings Bonds Responding to member inquiries (interest rates, account balances, etc.) Assisting with balancing branch, vault, ATM, etc. Protecting the credit union from fraud What You Bring to the Team Prior experience in customer service is a must (cash handling, teller, or sales experience a bonus!)
