Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Front Desk Manager (single individual or couple) to oversee daily front office operations at our property in Seaside Heights, NJ. This is a live-in position, and accommodation is provided. The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate and be present on-site. Our peak season runs from May through September. Training will be provided if necessary. Position Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written) Basic to intermediate computer skills Strong customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to live on-site and be available as needed Willingness to relocate to Seaside Heights, NJ Roles & Responsibilities Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally Answer phone calls and manage reservations Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with front office personnel Ensure all team members are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees Review Front Office log book and guest feedback forms daily Review daily front office activity reports generated by Night Audit Perform other duties as requested by management What We Offer On-site accommodation provided Seasonal peak operation (May–September) Supportive work environment Training provided if needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Guru Hospitality
