Bath Planet of Arkansas Location: Little Rock, AR (Park Plaza Mall)
Full-time Hourly base pay $15 to $17/hr + weekly bonus opportunities (Paid weekly)
Bath Planet of Arkansas is growing and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our showroom team as Appointment Setters / Showroom Consultants.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a positive experience while scheduling in-home design consultations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom visitors
- Engage with customers and build rapport
- Schedule appointments in person and over the phone
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
- Convert walk-in traffic into booked appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing and professional personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
