The Opportunity You'll play a key role in the preconstruction process, working alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leadership to deliver accurate estimates on projects ranging from $10M to $100M. This position offers genuine variety, supporting a diverse portfolio of developments including: Commercial construction Residential communities Parking structures You'll have the opportunity to work on landmark developments whilst contributing to projects from initial budgeting through to successful delivery. Responsibilities Prepare detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates Complete quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing Develop project budgets and cost plans Review drawings, specifications and contract documents Identify value engineering opportunities Support Project Managers throughout the preconstruction process Maintain estimating databases and cost information Build strong relationships with subcontractors and clients Assist in securing new work across an exciting project portfolio What We're Looking For Experience as an Estimator or Preconstruction professional within commercial construction Strong quantity take-off and pricing experience Experience delivering projects valued from $10M+ Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A proactive approach with strong commercial awareness What's on Offer Discretionary annual bonus 401(k) with employer match Short & Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Long-term career progression within a growing business Exposure to high-profile developments across New England and the East Coast Collaborative leadership team with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects If you're looking for an opportunity to work on exciting, large-scale developments with a stable and growing organisation that values collaboration, quality and long-term career development, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
