What You’ll Do Lead and oversee HVAC service, maintenance, and repair work Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and/or commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Train and mentor junior technicians in the field Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and repair optionsInstall, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures Why Join Us?
