LPN/Nurse Manager $5k Sign On $31.50-$39 6pm-6am (Full-Time)

Position Wellness Nurse Manager – Full‑time Location Hudson, Ohio Salary $32.00–$34.00 per hour. Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 6 pm‑6 am. Responsibilities Serve as the Superior Supervisor in the absence of department heads, leading the Wellness team and ensuring person‑centered care. Be a Force on the Floor, providing assistance with call lights, resident requests, and demonstrating urgency. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents. Offer Compassionate Care, embodying Arrow’s core values and ensuring residents feel safe and cared for. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. In‑depth knowledge of current care standards, regulations, and medication law. Understanding of requirements for providing appropriate supervision to residents. Experience caring for memory‑impaired residents preferred. Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system preferred. Strong communication skills in English. Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift, and assist residents, including up to 50 pounds and performing two‑person transfers.
