A regional leader in public accounting that is looking to add a Senior Audit Manager to its expanding Life Sciences practice in Boston. The firm has built a premier reputation serving innovative biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare companies while remaining proudly independent and committed to its long-term vision.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced audit professional who enjoys working with emerging growth and established life sciences companies, leading complex engagements, mentoring high-performing teams, and building long-term client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead audit engagements for life sciences clients, including biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related companies
- Manage engagements from planning through completion while ensuring exceptional client service
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams and Boards
- Review financial statements and technical accounting matters
- Mentor and develop managers, seniors, and staff
- Collaborate with Partners to continue growing one of the firm's premier industry practices
What We're Looking For
- CPA required
- 8+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong experience serving life sciences clients
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
- Excellent technical, communication, and project management abilities
