The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Service Oregon division in Portland, OR . This person will achieve client retention and renewal through delivery of quality, value, relationship building/maintenance and delivering upon client’s business objectives. Additional responsibilities may include:

Account Management:

• Ensure client objectives and issues are dealt with in a thoughtful and effective manner, informing the Strategic Account Manager or Business Unit Manager of any problems that may arise.

• Ensure KPI’s are reached, that achievement is communicated and our goals evolve with the client.

• Develop and maintain personal relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Coordinate overall product/project delivery schedule, client deliverables and cross department deliverables.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with Business Development to identify and pursue expansion opportunities for existing clients.

• Renew and expand services within assigned client base.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction, management, business administration or a minimum 3 years of experience in account management preferred.

• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred, knowledge of CRM a plus.

T he pay range for this position is $68,310 - $108,775 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
