Service Advisor Position at Wilde Honda
Wilde Honda is hiring for a Service Advisor position. The pay will be discussed during in-person interviews. The role requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Service Advisor reports to the Service Manager and will be onsite in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do
- Provide professional customer service by answering incoming calls, greeting service customers, and following established ITC and Initial Customer Contact (ICC) processes.
- Identify and confirm customer concerns, assess service needs, and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to identify customer concerns and additional service needs.
- Clearly explain recommended services, repair costs, estimates, and expected completion times to customers.
- Create accurate repair orders using the ADP system and ensure service needs are clearly documented.
- Offer multi-point inspections, review inspection findings and recommended services, and obtain customer authorization before additional work is performed.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and support upfront pricing commitments while communicating changes to service needs or costs.
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians according to department procedures and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate understanding of required and completed services.
- Follow the Interim Customer Contact (ICC2) process by providing timely updates throughout the repair and service process.
- Follow the Customer Delivery (CD) and Sales-to-Service processes to provide a seamless experience from vehicle drop-off through completion.
- Accurately process customer payments, including cash and credit transactions, for completed services.
- Deliver completed vehicles promptly and professionally while reviewing completed services and ensuring customer expectations are met.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in automotive service advising, dealership service, automotive repair, or a related customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of automotive service, repair processes, maintenance recommendations, and vehicle systems.
- 1+ years of experience with repair orders, service estimates, multi-point inspections, and customer authorization.
- Comfortable using dealership technology and computer systems, including repair order and service management systems.
