Production Planner
Merrimack, NH
Monday-Friday 40 hours. (flex to start the day @ 6am up to 9am as long as they work a standard 8 hour shift).
Pay: $20-$25 

Job Summary:
The Team Support Coordinator/Production Planner is primarily responsible for working within logistics department and assisting various teams to ensure orders are shipped correctly. 

Scheduling production orders
Inventory control
Coordinating with different groups to ensure orders ship on time
Schedule and prioritize production orders to support manufacturing deadlines and customer delivery requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability to prevent production delays.
Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and other departments to ensure customer orders are completed and shipped on time.
Track order status and communicate updates regarding production schedules, material shortages, and delivery timelines.
Assist with inventory transactions, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing support preferred but not mandatory. 
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills....Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis.
