What You Bring to the Table:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sanitation Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline, 10+ years of progressive sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. You will provide strategic leadership for sanitation programs across multiple facilities, ensure regulatory compliance and food safety excellence, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing sanitation teams in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires approximately 20% travel to regional sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term sanitation strategies aligned with food safety objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational goals
• Lead daily sanitation operations, including schedules, procedures, verification activities, and Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) execution across main and regional facilities
• Drive continuous improvement in sanitation programs, hygienic design, environmental monitoring, pathogen control, and corrective actions
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to sanitation teams while fostering a strong culture of food safety and accountability
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS to support audits, risk mitigation, capital projects, and cross-functional initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and internal standards while managing sanitation documentation, chemical usage, and performance metrics
