Remote Care Coordination Specialist

To support health information management services, the Remote Care Coordination Representative will process tasks related to electronic filing, order management, and insurance verifications while working remotely during MST business hours. Key responsibilities Process assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following client protocols Evaluate and electronically file medical documents into patient charts using EHR software Provide exemplary customer service and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience with health information management concepts, EHRs, or medical terminology is a plus Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to navigate multiple programs and applications efficiently Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
