Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT lic
• Home health experience
• HCHB experience
• Oasis experience
• PT Lic to practice in the State of MS
• Master's

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: M-F
• Weekend rotation required. Contractor will be off Wednesday before and Wednesday after weekend worked.
• Coverage area: Jackson County, MS
