Operations Supervisor

Description This individual will be supervising their Procurement team. Reviewing and overseeing inventory, ordering of supplies, and overall the management of their day to day. They will be responsible for the staff to make sure they are hitting their marks, and all of the inventory for Culpepper, Haymarket, and Prince William medical center stays up to date. They have switched from a different inventory system that instead of ordering in bulk and then figuring out where it goes in the hospital, they do specific orders so they can get it to the clinics on time. It is a new process, and this person will be helping to improve that process. They will also be responsible for the receiving and distribution processes and keeping those smooth. So the main things they want them to have experience with in the past: Healthcare, Inventory and Management of People. Overall, they can be flexible if the person hasn't managed people before but is ready to take that leap. Responsibilities Project Management for PAR Optimization Code Cart Fleet Replacement direction Daily backorders and product substitutions Product consolidation and standardization Skills Project management, Operation, Operational management, Operations management, Leadership communication, Operations analysis, Office 365, Management skills, inventory management, customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications 3+ years experience in Healthcare Inventory and Distribution 1+ years experience in Management of People Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Culpeper, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
