Physical Therapist - Full Time
PT Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide prevention and wellness services, including health screenings and promotion.
- Educate patients and staff to improve outcomes and engage in critical inquiry.
- Supervise and direct physical therapy services, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and data security in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for all.
PT Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BA/BS, Master's, or Clinical Doctorate).
- State of Minnesota Physical Therapy License.
- BLS/CPR Certification.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
