This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous insurance experience is not required. We're looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, is organized, enjoys working with customers, and is motivated to learn and develop professionally. Compensation $34,000$46,000 base salary + bonus + commissions. Compensation may increase as you develop your sales skills, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the agency.

• Ability to obtain a Louisiana Property & Casualty insurance license

What You'll Do

• Learn the insurance business and State Farm products
