Role Summary We are seeking a full-time BCBA to join a school-based team in Baltimore, MD . You will design and implement behavioral supports, collaborate with school staff, and support students in accessing academic instruction and improving behavior. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement programmatic and individualized behavioral supports Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create BIPs/BSPs Model and support effective data collection strategies Collaborate with citywide and school-based staff to build behavioral support capacity Support non-direct services during onboarding and training phases Required Qualifications Master’s degree in education or related field from an accredited institution Maryland Behavior Analyst License (LBA) Preferred Qualifications At least one year of experience working with children with intellectual or developmental disabilities School-based experience highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
