Job TitleEnd User PC, Mobile Phone, and Peripheral Setup and Deployment TechnicianPrimary responsibilities include:Setup/imaging of new user equipment (Laptops running Windows 10, Mobile phones running iOS or Android) according to global guidelinesDelivery of end-user equipment to the usersGeneral office support to end-usersExtended skill set:Collaborate with global support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems, in addition to using all available resources such as personal skills, vendor documentation, and online knowledge basesProvide constant communication/feedback to end-users to understand their requirements and setting the appropriate expectationsInstall and configure client systems (hardware, software, applications, communications, printers, and peripherals)Have good understanding of LAN connectivity (wired & WiFi) in support of existing infrastructureAssist PC users in utilizing PC applications for office & factory automation and to solve business problemsImage & configure new and existing machines to end-user expectationsDeploy new machines to end-users by transporting equipment via handcart and personal/company vehicle in which lifting up to 50 lbs is involvedOther duties as assigned by Onsite ManagerRole is FIRST SHIFT. I'm open to start time of 7, 8, or 9am. Candidate must report to work in Macungie PA
