Patient Financial Advocate

Med-Metrix in Hershey, PA seeks a Patient Advocate to help uninsured and underinsured patients access financial assistance through state and federal programs. The role involves completing applications, gathering documentation, and coordinating with agencies to ensure patients receive support. You will work on-site Monday through Friday, interview patients at various locations, verify eligibility, and maintain records while complying with HIPAA.
