Job Description

Responsibilities

Help customers find a vehicle : Ask customers questions about their needs and previous vehicles, and show them vehicles that match their needs
Explain vehicle features : Demonstrate the vehicle's technology, performance, and benefits
Provide information about options : Explain the available upgrades and packages, and how they can improve the vehicle's performance
Build relationships : Develop positive relationships with customers and work to ensure they have a good experience
Stay up to date : Keep informed about the latest vehicle production developments and market changes
Assist with sales : Collaborate with sales managers on pricing and upgrade options, and help generate leads
Set appointments : Schedule appointments for customers to see vehicles and test drive them
