Join us today, and experience a career well lived. Direct Support Professional Location: Rostraver, PA 15012 Hours: FT Evening (3pm-11pm Tues-Sat) Pay Rate: $19/hour. On-Demand Pay Available/Paid Training. Valid Driver's license with 1+ years driving experience is REQUIRED. Core Responsibilities Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Experience ownership and trust from leaders to do what’s right for participants. Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Show compassion, patience, and find meaning in this type of work to build a promising future at Sevita. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred but not required. Prior experience in human services preferred. Prior IDD behavioral care experience preferred. Skills: Communication, Multi-tasking, Active Listening. Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible. Valid Standard Driver's license with 1+ years driving experience.
